Hi,

i edited an html file in the themes folder and my
changes still dont seem to affect the appearance of
my site.

How do i "recompile" the themes files?

Thanks

clear all the files in "public_html/templates_c/" except for the "index.html", then refresh.

In addition to Biteronboard's suggestion, go to system preferences check to see if:

Update module template .html files from themes/your theme/templates directory?

is checked to YES. When you have finished editing your theme.html, check NO.
