In Edit Account, email address is not able to be changed. Is this a permanent feature? If so, it's a big problem for me.

My question is general, not about xoops.org. I'm evaluating different portal platforms for running my own site(s), and I need for my users to be able to edit their account info, including emails.

If I install XOOPS on my site(s), will my users be able to change their own email addresses and other account info?

I checked another XOOPS site just to see if this was only on xoops.org, but I couldn't change my email address on that site, either. So, is this a default that can be changed by the admin?

For xoops.org, my own email is out of date, so I will send you a message to update it.
