here is what it looks like. can someone please tell me what to do cuz everytime i upload a file a new one of those line comes. thanks.

They aren't errors, the are just notices. Turn off PHP Debug and you won't see them

thanks it fixed that problem but now im having another one. it says

Unable to install rmdp. Error(s):
Table 'xoo__rmdp_categos' already exists

what should i do?

Are you attempting to re-install the module after manually deleting it, instead of de-installing it properly? (Many people have done this )
