I have a problem with a new installation, I can't access anythings, only blank pages. I've done a little debug and th flows stop at th header.php file when calling ob_start();

This is what I am using:

Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.0; Avant Browser [avantbrowser.com]; .NET CLR 1.1.4322)


Note that on the same web server with the same setting I have another XOOPS site working. I cannot really understand.
- I have deleted and reloaded files several time but the result is always blank page.

It was missing in the template dir all the file starting with % (Now I must understand way)
