Xoops Stand Alone Server with website

Hey

i have just downloadet XOOPS Stand Alone Server and in it there is a complete xoops2 website, i can go into the admin part and normal part, but when i want to change something, and have made the change and pressed apply it loads the paige again, but without the change.

how can that be ??
