Is there a way to have the "Enable HTML" checkbox checked automatically for comment posting? Most of my users don't know what it does, and then their comments have all kinds of break tags in them, and that sucks.

Also, on a side note, I can't get on to the xoops.org site from home, on any of my machines. I don't know if my IP was banned or something, but I didn't do anything wrong. I try to contribute =) I don't know who to contact about this (It's a pain to have to come here through a proxy and not be able to post.)

Go to include/comment_new.php

// above changed from 0 to 1
$dobr = 1;^M
