store Vietnamese data into database

my pages have character encoding "Unicode (UTF-8)". When i click save button so that it is stored data which they are Vietnamese. When i display on page, it displays incorrect. Can you show me how to fix it?

hi,

You can change to UTF-8 in you theme.

i have changed page property, encoding is set UTF-8. But when page is loaded, character encoding is "Japanese (EUC-JP)". Can you show me?

Check the language file: /language/[language name]/global.php

Look for '_CHARSET' -> this should be UTF-8 for your pages to display in UTF-8.

i checked the language file: /language/[language name]/global.php

the '_CHARSET' is set UTF-8
