Hello, iam using XOOPS and its a very nice interface.
Sorry if this is a very lame question.
but iam just working with iframes, and now i want to know about how to change some modules and looking some ready modules i dont understood some commands like

<{ if .. ... }>

<{/if}>

<br /><br /><br />

what is this? '<{' is used at least of '<?' to php coding?

Those are Smarty tags. Smarty is a template engine that XOOPS uses.

{ } are the default Smarty delimiters, but XOOPS redefines them as <{ }>.
