transferring xoops website

Hi,
I am a newbie in xoops. I am waiting to transfer an existing website to other pc under linux and windows. and I am waiting to host this website in a web server(apache) in a server [fedora] (for intranet + internet)!!
so what instructions I must following and what I should do.
I like to know also if there documents or tutorials or articles etc
