one of our forum moderator has delete all of the topics in the Forum

I have a back up for that day April 14 maked up BY Module
Save DB
i'm not able 2 restore it
i post it in phpMyAdmin

but it's not appear in the website

please tell me if there is a mudule to restore the back up (MySQL)

did you update the forum module after restration?

i didn't restore it
and the module isn't updated

What I am saying, is after you restore the database through phpmyadmin, update the modules. through modules admin

i try 2 restore it but it doesn't work

anyway

i try 2 use BackPack

but it say

Could not upload file. Check upload_max_filesize,
post_max_size, memory_limit parameters in php.ini

the db file is 6 MB

i Have C Panel X 10
where it will be???

about spilt file
i use NotePad to edit it???

how could i spilt it?

not sequence of post (by date)
