I have one issue...

notice how the the top menu streches down.. how do I fix it so it stays at the top??

I can't seem to find the code to change this... any help would be greatly appreciated!

It doesn't look as if your theme is set up to accommodate your long left and right columns (which are in tables). Also, it looks as if your footer is out of whack also.

You may try adjusting the pixel height in the center column in your stylesheet, or get in touch with the theme designer to see if there's a fix.
