Hi all,
When I try to use tables they won't appear as tables - they just appear as code.

If they do appear as tables (in resource pages)there is lots of space between the table and any other text or images.

I have tried taking all the spaces out of the code but even this does not make much difference.

I'm presuming that you're entering the code into a custom block or similar. Check the page where you have entered the code for a drop down box labelled format. The options will be auto format (selected by default) and html. Choose html obviously.
