I am a new webmaster and am very happy with XOOPS thus far. However, I'm have an issue that i'm hoping someone can help me with.

I have had users send me messages saying they are having to double click on the tabs within the header to access different areas of the site. Basically a white box appears around the header and a pop up comes up on mouse over that says something to the affect of " 'click to activate and use these controls" has anyone else had this problem and can provide me with some tips?
