Hi,

I am having an email issue with sending out blast emails to all of my 900 registered users, because the system seems to time itself out!

I am using the PHP selection under my Mail Setup. When I send an email out, it is supposed to send to 100 users and you have to click "Next" at the bottom of the screen to continue emailing to 101-200, 201-300, etc...

All of a sudden when I send an email out, I get an IE "page not found", but the email sends out to the first 100 users. Then sometimes I can send to the first 300 users and then I get a "page not found" on IE.


What I've done:

1. I have tried sending PM's instead of emails and it works fine.

2. I have tried using the other Mail Setup options like sendmail, auth, etc... and they it looks like the mail fuction is working cause you click "next" and you see the user names it has supposedly sent emails to, however no messages actually go out.

What could be the problem?

1. Is it Xoops?
2. Is it my hosting company?
3. Is it a user setting somewhere?
4. Is it my roadrunner connection?

p.s. I am very programming handicapped and I don't have access to my web designer who set things up a few years back. But this problem has been recent.
