koivi editor: how to create a hyperlink with target blank?

all hyperlinks that create with this editor just open in self target. how to create them with target blank?

The only way I can find is to check the HTML box at the bottom of the text area and edit the tag, adding target="_blank"

thanks skenow , yes everyone can do that. but i want a WYSIWYG and more user friendly editor.
also its very strange that koivi can not do this.

inbetween permits to choose target easily (+ much more great features :)
i'm using it since one week, and I prefer him to koivi (used since lot of months)
