XOOPS is one of the best ranking CMS in CMS Matrix

Rankings in Categories in 04.08.06:
1st in System Requirements
2nd in Built-in Applications and Support
3rd in Security
...
11th in Ease of Use

this is good news for XOOPS being recognized as one of the leading opensource CMS.
