I would like to know what module is used on the XOOPS homepage. The one that shows

"Welcome to the Official XOOPS website!"

And I love Xoops...

The "Welcome to the Official XOOPS website!" is just a custom block. In fact, there are only blocks on the homepage.. no modules.
