New people registering to my site are receiving an error that the activation email can not be generated. First how do I fix that? Second how do manually activate members? I'm using 2.092 at www.scooterchick.net

under system preferences:
mail setup to fix your mail issue. can't help with this talk to your host, but this is where you make the changes...

User info to change user auth settings:
Select activation type of newly registered users >>set to admin approval

edit user:
to manually approve the users you have who had the e-mail thing happen to them. put them in a group and submit...
