Content module - How to disable icons in fckeditor

I want to disable some of the icons in the wysiwyg editor fckeditor in the content module. Things like font colour that override the theme style sheets. (True?)

I found a likely looking file modules\content\admin\fckeditor\fckconfig.js which listed some toolbarsets. However no alteration made any difference. (I am updating the modules in admin.)

Anyone got the solution?
