Which files to edit newbb posts template?

Can anyone tell me which files to edit in order to tidy up the look of my forum?

If you look at the following, you will see what I have:

What I would like is something similar to this:

The area of concern being the top three cells containing Topic Options, Rate Thread, Search Forum, View Mode, Poster, Thread, the posters name and thread title.

If you are not familiar with themes I recommend sticking with ones that are tried and true. You can make a big mess of things if you're not careful. newbb uses different css from the base system. Any changes you need to make withinin newsbb are most likely going to be made in newsbb css files.
