To date I had been using a module to provide credit to those who worked so hard to produce the XOOPS modules I like and use. Today, I noticed that there was quite a squabble (fight?) over who owned or did what with that module. I don't want to re-open that discussion as I think that is fruitless. However, I do have a question that perhaps one of you has solved.

How do we best acknowledge the work of those who provide our XOOPS modules. The credits script 'automagically' gathered and presented the information in a most useful manner. However... see note above.

So what do we do? What are you doing to encourge and acknowledge the work of others on your sites?
