How to change the content in disclaimer?

I wish to change the content in disclaimer, but I cannot found the php code. Can some one help me? Thank you very much!

It is plain text. In XOOPS 2.0.x it is in sytem admin -> preferences -> user info settings. There is "registration disclaimer"
..

I found it. But I still have some problem here:
1. How to set the width of the text area?
2. How to set the width in the info column, cos it is too narrow?
