Web page stopped working....

A week ago this website
http://www.teamtrico.com/
looked fine

Today everything went to one column. This site has been up for almost a year, and no one that I know of has changed anything. Can you lead me in the right direction to correct this.

If I try to use the admin menu, web page goes blank.

I have found that it is missing a tag at the end of the menu. Not sure where to look from there

Ok cleared cache and it seemed to fix everthing.

Any ideas what would have caused this?
