Please help!

Ok, so my site is installed with the newest version of XOOPS 2.2.3 (not 2.4 upgrade yet). And i saw that they anounced the release of CBB..

The question is, What would it take to upgrade the forum system to CBB and what are the advantages?

Do i have any risks of loosing my messages? (database corrupting during install)?

Do i have to consider anything special?

Please try the search. This is discussed many times.

About loosing data: No, but in any case you should make a backup of your database before upgrading. Something can go wrong even if it usually does not.
