No administration menu when logging onto Xoops

I was messing with my XOOPS site last night and I was making some items and modules visable or not. When I clicked on submit all I can see now is as follows.

On the left hand side "Site Info" with a Webmasters heading under it.
Below that is my sites name and when clicked on takes you to "All about pixlesareus".

I cannot get back into the administration panel to change any modules or anything.

Please, please can someone help me??

Try www.yoursitename.com/admin.php

I tried that and got
"You don't have the right to access this area
If the page does not automatically reload, please click here".

my XOOPS admin is at the following:-
www.pixelsrus.pixelsareus.co.uk/admin.php

I have XOOPS installed in a subdomain.

Login first at user.php.

I just completed a downgrade from 2.2 to 2.0.13 and although I have access to my admin area using /admin.php the link to that area from my user menu seems to have vanished...
Any idea how I can get it back?
