30 Bucks for a fix to my simplified url issue

I used the simplified url hack and my homepage content disappeared. To boot, I lost the ability to change my homepage to start on a different module.

Two sites this happened with (both created within the last week):

http://www.stevewiideman.com/
http://www.ocdjdirectory.com/

If you come up with a fix that works, I throw you 30 bucks (send your Paypal e-mail with your solution).

I figured it out myself. In loadpage.php I modified the default page to be empty. It automatically sets itself to "news" after the install.
