I have 1 member on my site who can't login, all the other accounts are ok. This member gets the following error:

Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_STRING in /data/members/paid/r/o/***.com/htdocs/stamboom/error.php on line 28

Could this be a local problem on his side? And what to do to solve this?

Everything works fine on my side using IE, Firefox and Opera.

Maybe you can provide us with some more info, like: with what module the error appears, or when (during login, etc.).
Also the url of the website might help.
If only one member gets the parser error then you should check the info entered during registration of that member. Maybe he/she used a character causing a parser error.
