I installed XOOPS and tried to add in the Contact Us module. When I install a different module, I get a menu icon so I can click on it and configure. I don't get one for the default Contact Us module. It shows on the site and in the menu, but I can't configure it. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it, but no luck. Am I missing something here?

When I uninstalled it, there were no files or directories left on my site. This is very frustrating. Any help would be great.

As far as admin settings for this module, there are none. It uses the default settings for the module and no adjustments can be made.

No files or directories after uninstall, I have no idea though. Should be a folder named contact in the modules directory.

I would suggest that if you need a contact module with settings, use liaise.
