Can I use images and formatted text in articles under "Sections" module?

I'm setting up a XOOPS site for a customer who will be using only the "Sections" module. She'll need to be able to add pictures in articles, and I'm pretty sure she'll want to be able to use at least basic text formatting.

She doesn't know HTML, so something along the lines of HTMLArea or FCKEditor would be highly desirable.

Can this be done, either out of the box or with added modules?
