I am running XOOPS 2.0.13.2 with XOOPS polls and CBB 1.16a.

I can add polls on the forum as admin.

Yet as a registered users I can't, it says, you do not not have access to this forum.

I have allowed access on every permission I can find, yet it still doesn't? I have allowed access by admin, yet still no accesss?

What am I missing?

Have a look on my site Spiritual Oneness and see if you can add a poll and tell me why it doesn't allow even registered users to add polls, only admin?

P.s. Could it be do anything with this typo?

Sometimes it says it and sometime not Error! (newbb private parmission) at the top of the page????
