i can't change my avatar on xoops.org's account.

There is a minimum number of posts before you have permission to change your avatar. I think it's 50 by default.

i dont think it is that high.

try uploading someone elses avatar. just to see if it works.

in that page i don't have the browse button for upload my image, there is only one dropdown in order to select from avatar list :(
