I am also experiencing this redirect, however it's redirecting me to a listing in the xdirectory module after logging in. (The same listing each time). I have no module listed for my start page and am also using the default template set.

When you say you've rebuilt the templates, what does that mean exactly?

You can delete all the files from the “template_c” folder (except index.html)
And, from the modules’ administration section, update the modules…

I think that’s the way to rebuild the templates…

The problem still there.

This random page change every X time...
