Custom Blocks showing no content

All my custom blocks only display the title and no content.
I've heard of a few other users having this problem but i haven't found any answers.

Im not sure whic blocks you are talking about, but usually when a block wont display it means that you have posted it wrong. When you create a custom block, there is a dropdown that lets you pick what the content type is. Switch between these and see if it helps.

yea it's only the custom blocks that are having this problem.
i don't know what i did.

I fixed it.
It turns out i recently uninstalled a few modules and it deleted a few templates.
modules/system/templates/blocks/system_block_dummy.html is the the custom block template
I downloaded the full install for XOOPS 2.2.3a and replaces the missing files
