Hi everyone, I am new to xoops, I have a site,

http://www.cmstest.jumbahost.com (Xoops)

I have three Issues,

1.) I don't know how to set permissions of a block, if you click my site link, you wont see hardly anything at all, but if you are regesterd you will see everything, please let me know how to set permissions, because i've tried lol..

2.) Were are the XOOPS blocks located in the ftp files? Because in || public_html >> (There is no blocks folder)

3.)Are there any blocks that we can download to add to the collection???

If there are any Xoops, theme sites, blocks sites, module sites, etc, could you please let me know...
