I want my XOOPS site to open all links to a new window when a user clicks on them.. how do I do this?

What do you mean by all links?

If a user clicks on a menu it should open a new window?
(wouldnt make much sense to me)
Or links from news or ...?

oh yes not from the main menu but from say a news topic or a vote button..

I think that it is without meaning since after a couple of cliks you are going to have many open windowes and it is not easy to know where you are.

From the other side, anyone can right-click on any link and select "open in a new window"
