Hi everyone hope you had a good crimbo

After having tons of troubles with using to much resources, I have now split my site in 2.

I now have http://www.wizanda.com/ for my forums running 2.3 and the http://www.wizanda.co.uk/ for all my info.

Now the question is?
How do you add the new drop down notification system to your exsisting themes?
