Currently i am using XOOPS version 2.0.13 and i had some files need to be uploaded to my website and create a hyperlink for others people to download it but unfortunately, whenever i click on the hyperlink it state page not found.

I had upload the file into /www/portal/images and set the chmod to 777 yet i can't able to get access to the file.
