I've setup a new 2.2.3-Final site and in the process of testing it. I have registered a new account that requires it to be activated.

When I push the "finish" button to confirm the info is correct, it:
1. takes me back to the home page of the site.
2. Emails the webmaster group the "New User Registration" email.
3. But the new user isn't emailed the activation link.

I've tried 3 different email addresses thinking it might me something with on of them. Using debug, there are no errors.

Anyone have any ideas?

how did you setup your activation link? you sure you use the phpmail? or the smtp?
