Before upgrading my sites I decided to create a new one using the 2.3.3a Final version and see what the diferences were and get a bit used to it.

I created the site in a local machine with no email so the user verification will never happen.

I registered a user and it failed. I logged in as the webmaster and attempted to activate the user by using the find users and found no way to do so. The only action I found available in the drop down was "Send Mail".

So I must of missed something.

Questions:

1) How do I activate a user if mail verification is not available?

2) How do I maintain and delete an user if I need to?

3) Is there some documentation that is available on this new version?

Do you know of the reasoning behind the change in fuctionality for the user adminstration between 2.0.13 and 2.3.3 ?

Mithrandir could explain it better than I, but I think the reason was to separate the user profiles from the XOOPS core, thus providing more modularity and flexibility.

The interface could use further improvements, but I'm hesitant to criticize it since I don't have time to work on it myself.
