Alright, I just started this thing, its a run-off of an NFL website I have going.. http://www.nflspot.com ... The site that im running XOOPS on is http://www.nflspot.com/draft Im having trouble with this. I created the sections that I wanted and I found out how to add articles to those sections, BUT you have to click sections, then the section, then the article title to see it. I want these to to be in the section but have a Title with the article following, without having to click on it. And also. I Cant figure out how to add an article to the main page << Thats the main thing. I want to add the articles in the sections, but I would like them to have and latest article showing on the front page, without having to click on anythings. Thanks for the future help guys, I need it.

Are you using the original sections that comes with XOOPS. If so search the Module Repository for updated article and section modules that will allow a spotlight block on your front page.

If it came with your install, then it would be an early version. Smartsections and wf-sections have made some improvements. The latest News module, AMS, Articles, and so on. The best way is to try until you find one you like. I use AMS, See my signiture for the site link to view the spotlight on the front page.

alright, i downloaded the one that you use. Heres what it looks like, I added 2 articles to see what it looks like. I dont like all the blank space to the right... I know I pressed enter, but i dont think it would look good running all the way across the page anyway. I like how yours has 2 columns, how would I change what I have?
