Hi... Would anyone be interested in a quick mod of a theme?

1) What I would like to do is flip the header so the mrlogo is on the bottom and the links and icons are on top.

2) I would also like to have my leftcenter and rightcenter blocks on top of centercenter blocks.

How much would you charge?
