I turned on debugging what was very helpful to fix my last problem.
Now when I login as the administrator and I select <Adiministration Menu>, I get the following
message

This is your first time to enter the administration section. Press the button below to proceed.

The button <Select> and <Cancel> is displayed.
When I select <Select> I get the error message
failed open file.

I do not know which file. I guess it is a permission problem somewhere.

Sounds like a permission problem on the cache/ directory. Try setting the chmod setting to 755, then, if that doesn't work, try 777.

The three directories that need to be chmod 755 (or 777) are cache/ templates_c/ and uploads/.
