Does anyone know how i can set the maximum upload size on wfdownloads? I have looked and cant seem to take it off the 2mg standard.

Go to your Admin panel, click on Preferences and find WF-Downloads. From there, click on the Module Preferences.

About the 23rd one down you will see:

Upload Size (KB):
Maximum file size permitted with file uploads.

Make your changes there.

i do that, but it doesnt seem to have any effect. Still stays at 2mg

Are you getting an error message when trying to upload and did you set your "Modify Mimetypes"?

have set up my mimetypes. But still no joy, tells me i have updated my database...

you know you shallst not doublepost? Usually it will provoke the reverse effect of what you want to accomplish since people might be annoyed and hesitate from answering.

Upload limits are defined by two ways.

1. in the module
2. by php serverside (usually 2MB with many hosters) which overcomes the restriction of the module. So in a way it only makes sense to use the module restriction if you want the limit set lower than the value set by the server.
