Is it a permissions problem

Hello,

I am having problem with CBB, and I am not sure what the problem is.
The forum are working fine, but none of my anonymous and registered users can see or access the forums nor access the recent topics block, but can see the categories and their descriptions but not the forums.

please check forums and here for the block

Check forum access permissions in CBB forum admin side, one of the tabs is Permissions or similar name.
