Simple, yet usefull module I think.

As an admin, you're able to define through a simple form a word, a hot-word, and a link associated to it.

Out hotword is " detected" by the XOOPS system and becomes a link to the URL we have previously specified in the form.

Other suggestion: option for the link: pop-up window of custom dimensions that contains the "explaination" for the word or expresion.

Hope somebody would hear me, 10x a lot !
