Okay, here is my problem...

First. I have own server(easyPHP)and i use XOOPS version 2.0.9.2. Everything else works fine, but anyone can't make new registeration to my page. When i do 'test'-register in my computer(server) it works fine, but if try to do registeration some 'anonymous surf'-page, registeration says: Could not register user (in finnish: Ei voida rekisteröidä käyttäjää ).

My friends also says same when they try to do normal registeration. I have try everything tips, but same game again: Could not register user....

I have NAT,but i use PPP HALF BRIDGE MODE in my router. Is this somekind problem maybe? Or are my DSL-admins somekind freaks, how do not wanna complete with me?

I need help! How i fix this problem? This is not funny anymore...

More new information about this problem...

My friend in Helsinki have connection without NAT -> Registering works to him !

Is this possible? When 2 computers are behind NAT-> Registeration failed?

Now help please! This maybe help many XOOPS - site admins

I was able to register. Could it be that your firewall doesn't allow http_referer:

I have tested register also when firewall is OFF. Also i tried make clean install for XOOPS, same problem again...

This are going mysterious

Are you sure it's not Norton?

I use sygate firewall and i think that not reason why registering failed... I just shutdown firewall 100% before trying registering, same problem again: could not registering new user..

edit include/functions.php
