I am sorry for the way I came off, it was rude. I just was so angry and didn't understand why my Who's Online box was not showing up. I looked all over xoops.org for a solution and came up with nothing but similliar bug reports and no answers. Maybe now that I have a MOD's attention this bug will be addressed. I uninstalled my content module because I didn't give access to registered users. I then reinstalled my content module only to find that my who's online block not working. I tried deleteing the box and remaking it...nothing seemed to work....again I apologize for post...hope you guys can forgive me

Hey mistik, here's something that had me pretty frustrated earlier tonight. I kept trying to get a recent news block to show up and it just wouldn't I deleted the block, recreated it over and over, then suddenly it dawned on me (after feeling really stupid for about an hour) that I never selected "top page." I had it set for center/center, was marked visible, set the order to 10, but I never highlighted the "top page" thingy.

Hope this helps, I get lucky every once in a while!

Wise guys...You don't think i tried that?...TOP PAGE #OOPS#...and about 7dana.com ive already discussed it with them...they told me I need to leave that there. Any other questions/comments?

maybe I didn't make it clear...the block does show on the frontpage but contains nothing...

Mistik, Can you check System Admin - Templates. See if any templates need to be generated there.
