How to consult the site in maintenance state...

Hi,

I switched off my site. Into the admin menu I selected authenticated and admin users to get them right to look the public web site interface... But the url base adress (http://www.pleiades.ch) of my site show me the admin interface only, not the public one... How to look the public interface?

Log in? Once logged in you should have full access to the site while closed.

I don't understand. After the loggin I'm into the privat interface, for the administratiojn and publih new articles. But what I'm looking for is the public interface, to look my articles as the anonymes. How to switch from the private interface to the public?

You can't do it directly as your site is actually closed. And there's no option to make it accessible for anonymous while being closed, just a crash of ideas, no reason to be able to do ot. One option is to use a mirror site (local) to see changes there. And cannot come into another..
