IT WORKED, IT WORKED, IT WORKED....

I was just messin with my own personal website version of XOOPS with 2.0.13.1 and got the same VALID TOKEN EXPIRED error. So I did the 2.0.13.1 to 2.2.3 update and it worked. No more issues with VALID TOKEN EXPIRED.

Now I will try it with the site I had issues with that started this thread.

YES! The second worked too. Updated my other site from 2.0.13.2 to 2.2.3 and it worked just fine!

So atleast in these two instances, you can upgrade a 2.0.13.x to 2.2.3 despite the 2.0.13.x instance having the dread VALID TOKEN EXPIRED error.
