Hi ppl. I installed newbb module, afterwards I deleted it, but I cant install anymodule now :S.

The next fault:

Installing NewBB 2.0

Table 'xoops2_bb_archive' already exists

What can I do? delete the table? i dont know

Also i have got other fault whit my module (i am a #OOPS#ing noob :=)

"Module File for Not Found!" said.
then I am not able to remove that module.

When you removed the module, did you just delete it - or did you un-install it?

If you did not uninstall, then the XOOPS database will assume that it is still there, which is why the error appears when you try to install it again.

If this is the problem (deleting, and not uninstalling) - then my suggestion would be:

1 - Backup everything (including database)
2 - Upload the same version of the forum back to where it was deleted.

After that.. well, i'm not sure if you want to update the module version or what.... so if you can give more details?

thx, I UNistalled the module and I removed newbb folder of modules directory. I tried to install the newbb, I uploaded the newbb folder on modules, but when I wanted to install it(on XOOPS administration), it show me the next fault:

Table 'xoops2_bb_archive' already exists

That is the first problem, another problem is to have somemodules installed, but they show me: "Module File for Not Found!"
How can I uninstall? because I cant unistall them

2 diferents problems, it is not the same problem.
